Sire: Blue Ludwig of Nazic

Breed No: 63

Tickety was in our very first litter. He was such a beautiful kitten with such a loving nature we just had to keep
him and he has been a very successful show cat for us. He wows all the judges with his charming
personality, green eyes, rich apricot undercoat, silky coat texture and excellent ticking. Plus being very generous with his kisses helps. (What a Flirt!)

He is not the most intelligent cat in the World, but he is very loving and adores everybody and everything apart from the vacuum cleaner and window cleaner. The appearance of either send him diving for cover - under the duvet on our bed!

Having reached the dizzy heights of UK and Imperial Grand Premier he will now only appear occasionally at shows on exhibition, which is sad as he adores being shown and admired by everybody.

We would like to thank the following judges for thinking him worthy of his success :-

Challenge certificate - Mr. M. Brace

Premier Certificates -  Mrs. H. Dessauer, Mrs. V. Kilby, Mrs. Hamilton, Mrs. M. Kidd, Mrs J. Price, Mrs. R. Gowdy,              Mrs. A. Gregory, Mrs. G. Denny .

Grand Premier Certificates - Mrs.A.Lyall, Mrs.A.Gregory, Mrs.V Kilby

Imperial Grand Premier Certificates - Mrs.J.Gillson, Mrs.J.Worth, Mrs.V. Kilby Mrs.A.Gregory, Mrs.Light

UK Grand Premier Certificates - Mrs.J.Price and Mrs.C.Dugdale

As our most recent stud boy (our home bred Horus) did not much like the solitary existence of a stud cat and he had grown up with and been friendly with Tickety we tried them together so Horus would not be lonely.

We were very unsure how Tickety would take to life outside as he was a very pampered house cat who enjoyed all home comforts, but it is a "match made in Heaven" and they adore each other. Tickety returns to the house when Horus has a girl-friend to stay, but the re-union when she has gone is touching. He seems to really enjoy life outside, which is a great relief to us.

He will from time to time appear on exhibition or when there are special classes for highly qualified cats at special shows.

We plan to put him on exhibition at The Supreme Cat Show on 20th November 2010 where you can meet him on Club Row on the Somali Cat Club table.
